For two · Private to you both

Nobody drifts
on purpose. So don't.

Rewind for couples is a private place for two people who are already together. A weekly check-in you both answer separately, a record of what actually happened between you, and short things to do that are not homework. No feed, no strangers, no audience.

You both need an account. One of you invites the other with a code.
The problem

Relationships rarely end in an argument. They end in a hundred ordinary evenings nobody paid attention to. That is the bit we made visible.

How it works

Four things, once a week.

It takes about ten minutes. That is the whole ask.

01

You both answer, separately

Eleven questions each Sunday. Neither of you sees a single word until you have both finished, so nobody writes an answer designed to be read.

Sealed until you are both done
02

You see where you differ

Six things get measured over time. The useful part is never the score, it is the week one of you felt close and the other did not.

The gap is the point
03

You keep what mattered

A private record of the things that actually happened. Not a highlight reel for anyone else, including the bad weeks you got through.

Only you two can see it
04

You do something about it

Short exercises aimed at whatever came out lowest. Ten minutes together, not a workbook you abandon in February.

Ten minutes, not homework
The Sunday check-in

Honest is easier when nobody is reading over your shoulder.

The reason people are vague with each other is that they are being watched while they answer. Rewind removes the audience. You each answer alone, it stays sealed, and it opens when you are both finished and sitting down together.

Moments

The things you would otherwise forget.

A photo, a voice note, a line she left in your coat pocket. Kept with why it mattered, which is the part that disappears first.

Why couples pass it on

Prevention is the best cure. £29 a month is cheaper than counselling, and a lot cheaper than a divorce.

Sarah Vanner

Most people find us because someone they know sent them here. Nobody waits until it is going wrong to start paying attention. That is rather the point.

Still choosing each other?

You both make an account, then link them with a code. Everything after that is private to the two of you.
